1. Data controller

The data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 is the operator of the Pure Verda brand. You can contact us at pureverda@gmail.com. The registered business or company name will be added here when registration is complete.

2. Data and purposes

• Contact form: name, email, subject and message to respond to your request.
• Wholesale form: name, company, email, phone and request details to evaluate and manage a potential business relationship.
• Newsletter: email address, language and permission record to send commercial email that you have requested.
• Security records: form type, time and limited technical request data to prevent abuse and protect the service.

3. Collection and legal basis

Data is collected electronically when you submit a form. Contact and wholesale requests are processed where necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract and for the legitimate interest of responding to your request without overriding your fundamental rights. Newsletter email is based on your separate marketing permission.

4. Processors and transfers

We use Web3Forms to deliver form submissions and Vercel for hosting and measurement. Information may be shared with these technical providers only as needed to operate and secure the service, and with authorities where legally required. International transfers are handled subject to the safeguards required by Turkish data protection law.

5. Retention

Contact and wholesale requests are retained for no more than two years after resolution, unless a contract or legal obligation requires a different period. Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw permission; records that must be kept by law may remain for the applicable period.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including access, correction, deletion and information about transfers, by emailing pureverda@gmail.comwith the subject “Data Protection Request”. We may request information needed to verify your identity and request.

7. Withdraw marketing permission

You can withdraw newsletter permission at any time by emailing pureverda@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
