Tomato Bruschetta
Fresh tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil over toasted bread — summer in a bite.

Ingredients
- 1 baguette or country bread (sliced)
- 4 ripe tomatoes (diced)
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh basil
- 4 tbsp Pure Verda extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation

Mix the diced tomatoes with basil, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil; rest for 10 minutes.

Toast the bread slices on a grill or in the oven.

Lightly rub the cut garlic over the warm bread.

Spoon the tomato mixture over each slice.

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and serve immediately.
