Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or country bread (sliced)
  • 4 ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fresh basil
  • 4 tbsp Pure Verda extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

    Mix the diced tomatoes with basil, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil; rest for 10 minutes.

    Toast the bread slices on a grill or in the oven.

    Lightly rub the cut garlic over the warm bread.

  4. 4

    Spoon the tomato mixture over each slice.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and serve immediately.
