Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Pure Verda extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed, optional)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Whisk the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Drizzle in the olive oil slowly while whisking constantly until the dressing thickens and emulsifies.
