Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 5 tbsp Pure Verda extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- Parsley, salt, grated parmesan (optional)
Preparation

Cook the spaghetti al dente in well-salted water; reserve a ladle of the cooking water.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic over low heat until golden.

Add the chili flakes, then the drained pasta and a little cooking water.

Toss for 1-2 minutes so the sauce coats the pasta.

Toss with parsley and serve; sprinkle with parmesan if you like.
Tips
- Don't burn the garlic — be patient over low heat.
