Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 5 tbsp Pure Verda extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • Parsley, salt, grated parmesan (optional)

Preparation

    Cook the spaghetti al dente in well-salted water; reserve a ladle of the cooking water.

    Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic over low heat until golden.

    Add the chili flakes, then the drained pasta and a little cooking water.

    Toss for 1-2 minutes so the sauce coats the pasta.

    Toss with parsley and serve; sprinkle with parmesan if you like.

Tips

  • Don't burn the garlic — be patient over low heat.
